Developer and Site Admin
Francisco is a Peruvian national with over 15 years of combined experience in Communications, Business Management and Systems Engineering solutions. He joined the GEF Independent Evaluation office in 2010. Francisco holds two degrees; Computer Science from San Diego State University in the USA and Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima in Peru.
Prior to joining the GEF, Francisco worked as an independent consultant for the Organization of American States, Human Rights Campaign and Inter-American Development Bank developing technical, communications and business solutions for different departments.
Co-Moderator of Climate-Eval, Research Assistant at GEF IEO
Malac joined the Independent Evaluation Office of the Global Environment Facility (GEF) in 2012. She holds a Masters degree in Peace Operations (2016) and a Bachelors degree in Global Affairs with concentrations in International Development and Global Governance (2011).
Prior to joining the GEF, Malac held internships at the United States Department of State in the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor, and also at the House of Representatives under Representative Jim Moran of Virginia.
